Jersey Farmers Market has won the Fair Lawn Patch 2012 "Readers' Choice" Favorite Grocery Store by 30 votes. In a field of seven competitors, Jersey Farmers Market received 59 percent of the 97 votes cast this week, along with three positive comments for its produce, fish and flowers. "Kudos also to the flower vendor at the Jersey Farm market," reader Jack Donohue commented. "His bouquets are always fresh, and last as long...or usually longer... than many of the flowers I've gotten delivered from florists." Shop-Rite, which got off to an early lead in the voting before Jersey Farmers Market was added to the poll, ended up being the market's only serious competitor with 27 votes (28 percent).
