Jerzey Tat Finds New Home in Saddle Brook

Bruce Walker's tattoo parlor, which closed in Fair Lawn at the end of October, reopened Tuesday in Saddle Brook.

Just three months after being forced out of Fair Lawn due to skyrocketing rent, Bruce Walker has a shiny new home for his tattoo parlor right in his hometown. Jerzey Tat, which lasted about a year on River Road between Krauszers and Shop-Rite before closing last October, reopened Tuesday in Saddle Brook, tucked away behind Kim Bridge Cardtiques & Florist on busy Market Street. Walker said he's happy with his new spot, which he's secured on a multi-year lease from his landlord, Mayor Karen Chamberlain. "I have my sign in the front now which I didn't have in Fair Lawn," he said.
