I've been in private architectural practice in Fair Lawn since 1979 and have a wide range of clients. Our office designs retail, office, industrial, health care, schools, transportation, homes, and religious structures. Recent projects are in N.J., N.Y., PA. &  Fl.  Some of the special services we've been providing are expert testimony, adaptive reuse, distressed building analysis, zoning, security analysis & interior design. Recently, we've designed a number of medical offices and shopping center facelifts since there is a lot of activity in these areas. We've also been asked to look at sites containing raw land since owners who have been quiet during the recession are now studying the potential of their properties.
