Fundraiser to Help Man with Rare Epilepsy

Saddle Brook resident Thomas Buchak needs medical care and therapy for Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

A fundraiser at the Saddle Brook VFW November 2 will benefit the family of Thomas Buchak, a 21-year-old township resident diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy.

Buchak family friend Joe Latona has organized the event, which will include a buffet dinner, open bar, raffles and auctions, northjersey.com reported.

Money raised will go toward Buchak's medical care. Tickets cost $45 each and are available from joeylatona@yahoo.com, according to the report.
