A borough woman was hit Monday morning while crossing Fair Lawn Avenue at Pollitt Drive in the direction of the Radburn Train Station, police said.

The 46-year-old resident was in the crosswalk when she was knocked to the ground by a Subaru station wagon as it made a left from Pollitt Drive onto Fair Lawn Avenue just after 8 a.m., Sgt. Eric Leitman said.
