Folk Music, Veterans Recognition, Appraisal Fundraiser This Weekend
Here's a look at what's going on this weekend in Fair Lawn.
The Fair Lawn Ambulance Corps will offer a basic first aid event from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The Hurdy Gurdy Folk Music Club will present Alan Reid and Rob Van Sante with special guests Burning Bridget Cleary at the Fair Lawn Community Center Saturday at 8 p.m. For tickets, call 201-384-1325 or visit www.hurdygurdyfolk.org.
Temple Beth Sholom will host a veterans recognition program with guest speaker Colonel Glenn H. Goldman at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The event costs $5 and is free for veterans.
The Knights of Pythias will host a "what's it worth" appraisal event fundraiser at the Fair Lawn Community Center Sunday to benefit the Naugle House restoration. The Fair Lawn Library will host an opening reception for its new 12-artist show at the Pine Gallery at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
